Get Paid For Filling Out Surveys Online

By Dave Morrison

Companies are willing to pay you for the time you spend for them. Most of the reputed paid survey sites are online divisions of market research companies.

They do not charge for registration, and give rewards ranging from $1 to $100 or more per survey completed. Some paid survey sites enter you into sweepstakes where you can earn more money. Other Get Paid To Fill Out schemes may reward you with points which can later be redeemed for cash.

These days there are a lot of such websites which offer get paid to fill out surveys schemes. You need to follow some simple steps to get registered in these sites. As you register in the website, they ask you to fill out a questionnaire that lists your individual "consumer preferences" and "interests".

Once you are through with it, you will be requested to wait till they make contact with you for the apt survey. And if they do like your survey report then you will be paid through get schemes like paid to fill out surveys.

There are lots of reasons why companies reply on the get paid to fill out surveys. They offer you cash and prizes in exchange for your time in giving your opinions. Companies are always on the look out for improving their products and services to earn better profits. Before launching a new product or improving an existing product, they need to know about consumer preferences.

Online surveys are an easy way for collecting consumer opinions to guide these companies. You will be rewarded for the time you spend for completing the surveys. And at the end of the day, you will feel that it is worthwhile giving the opinions and getting paid for filling the survey charts.

Some companies may even enter the survey fillers in a drawing after they complete the survey by getting paid to fill the survey and the chances of anyone winning these drawings is very minimal.

In your search for the genuine companies from whom you can get the maximum out of the get paid to fill out surveys schemes, be very wary of those companies who require that you give money to get a list of the online surveys websites who really pay.

If any website asks you for money to let you take part in get paid to fill out surveys, it can instantly be considered as a scam. And it is better for you to avoid such sites.

How to Get Paid to Take Online Surveys - and Actually Get Paid!

By Jorge Chavez

Many people hear about paid online surveys and decide that they too, want to participate and get paid to take online surveys. So they apply to some survey makers, take some surveys and then discover that the way they are to "get paid" is to have their name put into a "hat" for a drawing.

The winner of the drawing is supposed to get $1,000, or something like that. No one says how many names are in the "hat". The bottom line is that they got "paid" with promises and chances; nothing they could use in the checkout lane at Walmart! This happens all too often, to too many.

Earnest Hemingway once said, "Life is a game where they put you in without telling you the rules, and then shoot you when they catch you off-base!" That is certainly true of the paid online surveys scene. The purpose of this article is to acquaint you with some of the "rules", up front!

While almost all survey makers SAY that they pay for surveys, only something like 20% of the 700+ survey makers in the U.S. and 3,000+ plus worldwide actually DO pay in cash or equivalent. To make any money with paid online surveys you need to locate that 20%, sign up with them and ignore the rest, the "time-wasters".

How can this be?

The big companies that commission the surveys pay the entire budgeted amount to the survey makers. Some pass a share on to the survey participants in the form of direct payment. Others try to pay the participants little or nothing and keep the lion's share for themselves.

One result is that this second group is always losing participants and has to recruit. They pay recruitment fees to anyone who can send them fresh new recruits. Ever notice the paid Google ads advertising "Free lists" of survey makers (if you are reading this online, just look at the nearby ads!)

Now, just ask yourself, how can anyone PAY for ads to give away something for FREE? Remember TANSTAAFL! (There Ain't No Such Thing As A Free Lunch!). They are getting paid by non-paying survey makers to recruit more unsuspecting prospective survey-takers, like YOU! ;-)

Survey makers who pay their survey participants in cash almost never pay recruiting fees. They don't have too!

O.K. So using free lists is NOT the way to go. So what IS the way to go?

Join a GOOD paid survey site guide company. These membership sites maintain lists of good survey makers that they share with their members. For a small one-time membership fee (which you can make back with the first 2-3 surveys) they will share a copy of their current list with you. There are 200+ of these sites.

To find a GOOD one, look for a strong money-back guarantee backed by a financial company like a bank, PayPal or ClickBank. Then look for a LOW refund rate under this guarantee. The low refund rate means happy clients who were satisfied with value received. Satisfied because they made money with their list.

High refund rates mean many unhappy clients (who didn't make money with the list they received).

You want to join the group of happy (low refund) clients NOT the unhappy (high refund rate) ones!

So, in a nutshell, find paid online survey sites with STRONG money-back guarantees. Within this group look for one you like with a low (3-6%) refund rate.

Avoid any with refund rates that are either unknown (another word for "high"!) or are as high as 9-10%.

Don't even consider ANY paid online survey site without an outside financial guarantee.

Now, when you enter the paid online surveys scene you will have the best chance to get paid to take online surveys, and actually get paid!

Get Paid For Online Surveys

By Carolyn Lang

One work at home opportunity that is often mentioned is surveys. The idea is that you fill out surveys and get paid. Sounds easy, almost too easy in fact. It kind of makes you wonder if you really can get paid for online surveys.

Surveys in one form or another have been around seemingly forever. Lots of people have mini surveys on their websites. If you're subscribed to a newsletter or ezine, chances are you've been asked to fill in a survey. Your local radio station may ask listeners to go to their website and vote yes or no to a specific question.

You won't get paid for online surveys like this, that's for sure. At most, you may be entered into a drawing for a prize just to encourage you to take the survey.

Do a search on the internet for surveys and you'll uncover everything from surveys like we mentioned above to membership sites and everything in between. If you take the time to explore some of these, you'll quickly discover that finding sites that pay for surveys is not easy.

Sure, many sites say they pay, but dig a little deeper and you'll find out that most give you a couple of bucks and one survey to get you enrolled. After that, the paying surveys are few and far between.

Most survey sites instead offer prizes or points for your time. Now the prizes are great, like vacations, Plasma TVs, or laptops. But the contests can go on for months. The longer the contest, the more people earning tickets to the draw, so your chance to actually win becomes slimmer and slimmer.

If the site trades points for your opinion, read the fine print closely. Find out how many points they award for each survey. Then compare this to how many points it takes to redeem the product you want.

You can "buy" almost anything with your points, so in a way it's like getting paid. But be aware that there may be a shipping charge once you earn your product. However, sometimes you can even earn points to cover shipping as well.

As you probably already know, survey sites are easy to find. But finding survey sites where you get paid for online surveys is more difficult.

Don't waste your money on membership sites that hook you up with survey sites in exchange for a fee. Most of the sites they direct you to are points/drawing survey sites. You get all pumped up thinking you are going to make a killing, only to find it doesn't happen, except now it's cost you money for the membership.

By now, you may be wondering if it's even possible to get paid for online surveys. The short answer is yes - but. Yes, those sites are out there, but it will take some searching and some work on your part to make it lucrative for you.

You don't have to spend time searching for paid survey sites. And, you don't have to pay a membership fee to take surveys for money.

There are a few sites that do pay cash for surveys. And you can join for FREE.

Get Paid To Take Short Online Surveys - A Top Source Of Spare Time Income

By Elaine Currie

Can you really get paid to take short online surveys? If you have been looking at ways to earn money from home, you will undoubtedly have come across paid online surveys. The first question most people want to ask is whether they really can get paid to take short online surveys. The answer is a definite "yes".

Some survey database companies quite often invite members to participate in surveys in return for gift vouchers, entry in a prize draw or some other type of reward, but members will also be offered regular chances to get paid cash to take a short online survey. There are people who try to make money filling out surveys but give up because the first few surveys they are offered are for prize draws instead of for cash.

These are the people who go online complaining that paid online surveys are all scams. It is a shame that, because they only made a half-hearted attempt at participating in online surveys, these people will spoil the opportunity for others who are looking for ways to earn money from home. It is part of human nature that people with a gripe are all too eager to share their views while happy bunnies, just get on with what they are doing.

If you join a survey database company, don't lose heart if you are offered surveys to fill out in return for entry in a draw or some other award. You aren't forced to fill out the survey; you can choose whether or not you want to participate. As it takes very little time to complete most short online surveys, you might as well go ahead: after all, you would not complain about the system if you won a big prize in the draw.

The chance to earn money filling out survey after survey is what most people are looking for, but the industry does not work like that and, as long as you get your fair share of paid surveys, you will be able to make some nice extra income quite easily. Think of the prize draw surveys as a bonus; if you don't win the prize, you have lost nothing but the few minutes of time it took you to complete a short online survey and, if you win, you will be getting paid very well just for filling out that single short survey.

If you seem to be getting less than your fair share of invitations to take part in online surveys for cash, don't make the mistake of assuming the survey company you have joined only offers prize draw surveys. It could well be that your demographic profile does not fit the type of person the survey companies are looking for to complete paid surveys at that particular time. If you are patient, you will probably find the trend changes and you start getting offers to take part in paid surveys. You might find that your demographic profile makes you eligible for fewer surveys. Your eligibility for being invited to surveys depends upon many factors including age, gender, education, location, profession, hobbies, number and age of children and many other things.

Nobody has a profile which will fit the requirements for participation in every paid online survey, and some people are bound to get invited to more survey than others. The way to increase your chances to get paid to take short online surveys for cash is to sign up to as many online survey companies as you can find.

Don't keep your opinions to yourself, you can get paid to share them. Find out how you can get paid to take short online surveys
